Three grape varieties, Ancellotta, Lambrusco Maestri, and Lambrusco Salamino all native to the Emilia region have been blended together to create this lightly sparkling wine. Exhibiting fresh floral notes, such as strawberry and blackberry, it is medium red in color, and has a light body with a sweetly balanced acidity.
