Grape selection and treatment Manual selection and harvest, and further selection of bunches in the winery, no treatments on bunches.
Fermentation Grapes have a pre-fermentative maceration.

No treatments on the must.

Fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel and concrete tanks at controlled temperature 77 F (25 C) for 10 days, also maceration is kept for 10 days.

Malolactic fermentation 100% after the fermentation
Aging In stainless steel and concrete tanks for 8 months.
