“Riesling Renano,” originally from the Moselle river valley (Germany), it is renowned for a balance between acidity and sweetness. Fresh and decisive in taste yet pleasantly dry, this is a true representative of an authentic alpine wine. It is lucent straw yellow in color with a medium body and a smooth palate. It is shaped by aromas of fresh floral and fruity notes, such as lime, green apple, and beeswax. Subtle hints of petroleum and vinyl reflect throughout the wine; a natural characteristic for Riesling.
