Harvested by hand in September, then fermented in stainless steel tanks where it is left in contact with the grapes to ensure the full color is extracted from the grape skins. Rather than filtered, this wine is decanted four times and then put in French oak barrels of 30hl. Following this, it then migrates to a second group of oak barrels where the wine is aged for at least a year. Garnished with a bouquet of pear, red fruits, cherries, and a scent of vanilla, the clean taste makes it a very drinkable wine, and easy to pair.
