Az.Agr.Salamon Francesco was founded in 1968 by the family of the same name. At the time the major crops they were corn, wheat and soy and a local variety of Raboso red grapes. Over time the Veneto region had understood that the territory was suited for another variety, but Bianca, which is still the most successful, Glera, which is suitable for the production of Prosecco wine. Also the company had converted some plot to Prosecco.

Our goal was to diversify and cultivate different product varieties anyway and then

we decided to plant other varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero.
