Harvested by hand in October, then fermented in stainless steel tanks to ensure the full color of the grapes is extracted from the grape skins. Not filtered, but decanted four times and finally put in 30hl French oak barrels, this wine is quite special for its class. Garnished with a bouquet of pear and red fruits, cherries, and a hint of vanilla. The clean taste makes it a very drinkable wine and easy to pair.
