Wine is a bright straw-yellow color with lively bubbles. It’s more complex and a less fruit forward style of prosecco. Aroma of green apples, lemon zest, and bready notes. Soft, elegant, and perfectly balanced due to crisp acidity and creaminess from the yeast.

This prosecco is great on its own or with light dishes such as salads and seafood.

Valdobbiadene is the heart of Prosecco. Vivid straw with persistent bubbles. Fresh and refined, delicate scents of white stone fruit and melon. Dry palate with pear, golden apple, and citrus. Balanced acidity lifts the rich flavors and supports a smooth finish.
