Malentine is a wine that comes from a single vineyard that is less than one hectare in size. It is the most limestone-rich plot of the winery. The wine has a bright yellow color and has aromas of candied fruit, jasmine, and thyme. The palate of the wine is wide and expressive, and has good finesse and refreshing minerality. It offers a complex and exuberant taste, with a mix of mineral and buttery flavors.
