This straw-yellow wine offers citrus blossom aromas, bright acidity, herbal notes, and a refreshing, balanced finish.

Passerina is excellent with an aperitif and ideal with seafood, like the traditional fisherman’s “brodetto” (a light, tomato-broth fish stew). Also with poultry, salami, and soft or young cheeses.

Straw yellow color with aromas of citrus blossom and bright citrus fruit. On the palate, it has bright acidity and flavors of herbs and minerals. Refreshing finish. Pair with appetizers and seafood.
