Following the white vinification after cold maceration on the fine lees, this wine is bottled during its first fermentation. Disgorgement à la volèe occurs after a minimal 20 months on the lees. It has an exciting nose shaped by both pink grapefruit and wild strawberries. This aids in making it both intense and persistent. Its strong acidity helps to balance the exuberant fruit so the final flavor that remains on the tongue is tasty and refreshing.
