On the nose it is delicate & flavory with elderberry & hawthorn hints, together with juicy sensation of ripe peach, apricot & tropical fruits. It gracefully reveals the typical white flowers & almond mark of the Garganega variety. On the palate is dry, medium-bodied & smooth with a pleasant long mineral finish. Best served with lighter first courses, white meat & vegetable recipes, fish & shellfish dishes. An excellent pairing with the traditional Venetian fish soup & risotto.
